"Abbiamo alloggiato in 4, l’abitazione è confortevole e c’è tutto il necessario. Buona la pulizia. Buona la disponibilità del padrone di casa. Giudizio negativo sul giardino che, se pur molto bello e ben tenuto, è infestato dalle zanzare che hanno reso impossibile anche usufruire della piscina. Piscina piccolissima, ci si bagna, non si nuota. Aria condizionata solo nelle camere da letto e non ci sono le zanzariere, quindi, dove si pranza o cena…….ci si affida ad un ventilatore…. Mettere aria condizionata anche in sala pranzo e zanzariere in tutte le finestre, si potrebbe dormire con le finestre aperte senza consumare energia tutta notte per far andare i condizionatori in camera. Contattate gli ospiti per informarli della difficoltà ad entrare nella stradina se hanno auto grandi e aiutarli."

"The property is on the hill, where traditional village has been kept in its original state. Amazing place. Very nice people. Far enough from the loud tourists. Difficult to park, in the evening times, when the restaurant guests are parking in the local car park. Make sure you have some fans with you. Necessary during summr temperatures. As this is an old buiding, it smells damp and walls are showing a bit of and this is probable the cause of some insects in the bedding, which bitten us terribly during the night. Kitchen and bathroom in good condition. Two beds, one in the upstairs is a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress and downstairs is a sofa bed, double size, with good firm sleep. Ceiling fan makes a lot of diffence by providing quiet blow with reverse turn setting. On the top floor is an access to the small, shared with another house, sitting and clothes drying area. Useful in the evening times. Beach is within 10 minutes drive. Nice and worm sea provides enough of fun in the water. I am recomending visiting Carrara for food supply and plenty of good restaurants. Vaniglia Pizzeria is the best place to buy a pizza. All locals are getting their food there. Ice creams from Gelateria Rosellini are our favourite. Weekend gigs on the main square are amazing. The best drive (20 minutes) is to Montemarcello village. Views, coffee and the village are amazing. "

"The view and the pool are amazing. The food is delicious. However the service is terrible. Waiters, receptionists, barman are very nice but not efficient at all. We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks by the pool, 30 minutes for our wine bottle and 45 minutes for our first dish at the restaurant. There was no lotion in the room and after waiting for 45 minutes, it never arrived. We had to bring our luggages downstairs ourselves because the reception didn’t send the butler on time."
