Cleanliness of rooms is very important to me and their rooms were exactly that. I also liked the decor and how quiet it was. There was a very nice rooftop terrace. But the staff outshined it all. From the very helpful receptionist, Juan Carlos and Carolina to the housekeeping and cooks. All extremely friendly and professional. Also the breakfasts were quite delicious! I enjoyed my stay very much!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early and also had issues with going to another city and were allowed to come back to our room until check out time. They were super helpful and the breakfast was so good and very homey.
