"Pros: The highlight of the place is definitely the balcony/location. It is just a place to stay and linger admiring the view. Either during the day or even at night with a blanket. The nearby lake and mountains are great for hiking and relaxing. We even hiked all the way to the Italian border! That being said the house is also completely renovated so it is definitely great as well. Everything is according to the pictures."

"Sehr nette Vermieter, freundlich und besorgt. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt war nicht nennenswert, da die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss liegt, aber wenn man raus geht, hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Zillertal und dabei kann man auf der Sonnenterrasse sitzen. Skifahren war toll, noch nicht so viele Skifahrer, aber auch noch nicht so viel Schnee. Die Wohnung mit der ruhigen Lage ist optimal für zwei Personen."

"The location of the property was great, we traveled by train and were able to walk to and from the train station with our luggage. Was easy to get to many activities from the location as well. Very much enjoyed our 2 nights in Innsbruck! Only negative was that the apartment was advertised as supplying breakfast, but we did not see where breakfast was supposed to be served so that was a bit disappointing."

"Pros: Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Gute Matratzen und neu renovierte, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Schönes Geschirr, ausreichend Gläser, genügend Töpfe und Pfanne sind vorhanden. Großer Balkon. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr netter, problemloser Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Cons: Es ist kein normaler Backofen, sondern nur ein kleiner portabler Aufbackofen für Brötchen vorhanden. Pizza zum Beispiel kann man in diesem nicht backen. Man benötigt Kaffeebohnen...

The hotel breakfast with one possible exception at a Four Seasons in the Middle East,was the best ever ! Amazing ! Finally, the hotel staff was exceptional So helpful in every way.
