Bright 3 room top floor flat with sunny panoramic balcony for max. 4 adults and 2 children. The 8-party house is very quietly located on a small residential street, within easy walking distance (approx. 3 min.) to the Valata valley station. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher), shower with WC, 2nd WC extra, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 comfortable, large sofa bed in the living room, Swedish stove, underfloor heating in all rooms, CD radio, satellite TV with a large selection of channels, DVD player and a parking space in the underground car park. The flat has a light-coloured tiled floor throughout. A washing machine, tumble dryer and a heated ski room are available for our guests to use in the house. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Non-smoking flat.

Village description: Valata, is a small and quiet holiday home settlement situated in the municipality of Obersaxen, directly at the chairlift, at the foot of the Piz Mundaun. In Valata itself there are mainly holiday properties, but also some permanently inhabited houses. There is a well-equipped doctor's surgery on the main road, the Valata valley station is home to a good restaurant and in the winter season there is a small but excellent branch of Menzli Sport right next to the lifts. The shop offers a wide range of winter sports equipment and all the equipment you could wish for is available for hire. In Affeier, about 2 kilometres from Valata, there is a Volg grocery shop, which also sells fresh baked goods. There is also a bakery and other restaurants. Larger shopping trips are recommended in Ilanz or in Chur, which can be easily reached by train from Ilanz railway station, for example.
