"Great location! The staff were very friendly! Breakfast is an amazing spread of food from pastries to yogurt and toppings to eggs, bacon, cheeses and sliced ham. The bath tub is perfect for smoking after a long dayof hiking through Old Town."

"The buffet breakfast is excellent! And it’s close to the train station and the old city which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the first room they gave us, the AC was not working. They moved us to another room, where the AC was working but the minibar fridge was off and the room safe was locked. All fixed very quickly (service and staff get five stars). Then we discovered there is no hot water (too late to change rooms and we didn’t complain as it was already late). Next morning, no hot water still, but by the afternoon the hot water was back. Overall, the furnishings, bed, pillows, curtains, lobby etc clearly make this a 3 star hotel, with a breakfast and service level that belongs to a 4 or 5 star property."

"The hotel is located between the train statin and the old town. Lower floors can be very noisy - close to a major tram stop. The rooms were a little gray and dark. Make sure to ask for a quiet room on a higher floor. Breakfast is OK - but nothing special. The onsite restaurant has very limited options."
