Lots of younger men hanging around at night on the streets, don’t think I would book if I were a group of woman or single woman staying to be honest. Hotel was very good but bathroom was very compact. Room was cleaned daily which was great and it was not noisy considering there are two youth hostels nearby. Guy at reception kept trying to charge me for breakfast even though I had already paid when I did the initial hotel booking. Shower curtain only covered 1/2 of the tub, water was spilling out every time I showered. Cheap soap and shampoo. Walking distance through a short cut by the river banks to the nearest tram station or a 10min downhill walk from Rosenheimer Station. I truly enjoyed my morning walks at Maximiliansanlagen park. Lots of eating and grocery store access nearby. The hotel room was clean, comfortable bed and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only comment I can share is the weird layout of the room.
