Bed comfy, but room had stains on the carpet including maybe lipstick? WiFi was not good enough to do video calls which was a dealbreaker for me on a work trip. No gym and the one around the corner won’t let you buy a day pass - they just sign you up for a single free visit, so not possibility to go to gym multiple times during stay.

"Stayed here for our 3rd/4th time as loyal Bonvoy guests. Staff was friendly and even upgraded us to the Presidential Suite after seeing us walk ~80m from the parking lot with luggage (no accessible transport). But the room let us down: carpets old, stained and dirty, floors unvacuumed, furniture ..."
