The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Rafting can be arranged on the Zrmanja River 10 km away, while the historic city of Zadar with numerous sights is 40 km away. In summer: Adriatic Sea 100 m in Vruljica (beach featuring stones, rocks and bathing plateaus). fishing, diving, water sports, boat rental, boat launch each 150 m in Vruljica. ~ The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from the famous Pizzicato Pizzeria and the lively Gornji Karin Beach with a wide range of water activities for individuals and families. ~ Donji Karin Beach is 1.3 km from the apartment, while Kornati Marina is 37 km from the property. The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 15 km from Isabella Apartments.
