  • This is a single level home with Master Bedroom with En-suite. A large great room with Living room and dining open to kitchen. Laundry room sits on way to garage and lanai and then other side of great room has an additional 2 bedrooms that share the other full bathroom

    The home sits near a cul de sac and sits in a private single family home community. Literally only a mile from all the shopping and restaurants your heart will desire as well as close to College Park University



    Plenty of parking on site but you will want a car



    ***1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee collected after booking.
