  • This is a single level home with Master Bedroom with En-suite. A large great room with Living room and dining open to kitchen. Laundry room sits on way to garage and lanai and then other side of great room has an additional 2 bedrooms that share the other full bathroom

    The home sits near a cul de sac and sits in a private single family home community. Literally only a mile from all the shopping and restaurants your heart will desire as well as close to College Park University



    Plenty of parking on site but you will want a car



    ***1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee collected after booking.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless when we arrived—easily one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. It’s also pet-friendly, which made our trip so much easier, and the huge yard was perfect for our dog to run around and enjoy.The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell the host really cares about the property and the guest experience. Great place to relax with the family. The property has everything you need to spend a couple of days with the fam an have fun. We visites Silver Springs and Sholom park. Hihgly recommended both places

It was our second Christmas at this wonderful home. It welcomes you like a warm hug.We were able to bring my 93 year old mother and my 90 year old aunt over for a fantastic Christmas dinner and gift exchange. My family and I have stayed at this house before and we find it is in a great, quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything. Lots of stores and restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay. The host is very available for any questions or concerns. I recommend this home while visiting the Ocala area.

The house was great! It was pretty and very clean. The area was very nice. I would stay again or recommend to anyone. The space was perfect and plenty of room for a good size family. We had a very small issue with smoke detectors when we arrived and Steve responded to my message right away, even though it was a little late.

Cozy, Homey and Elegant

Perfect holiday stay. We prepared Christmas dinner and brought two elderly ladies from assisted living over. The floors were perfect for their walkers. They loved the house and the food. We forgot to bring steak knives, but we worked with what was available.Two of our group enjoyed the pool table and our dog loved the backyard.

Great home in Ocala!

5 stars! We have stayed at this home before and totally enjoy the house, property and location. It is in a great family neighborhood. House is well kept and well supplied with all up to date appliances. Yard is large and back is fenced in. Very close to all shopping, restaurants and other attractions. The host, Steve, is always welcoming and available if needed. We very much enjoy staying at this home in Ocala.
