"A bit dated in most areas. Walls and chairs tearing. Walkable location. Very loud- outside and inside. Anytime anyone in a close room came in or out our door shook loudly and the noise carries just with people talking outside and inside. Tough to get a good night's sleep. "

"The location was perfect. A ½ block from beach. A clean area to walk on the boardwalk. Was off season so nice and empty. The rooms were updated nicely and very clean. The communication with the hotel host liaison, Bernadette, was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and filling, prepared to our specifications. It’s a quaint small establishment but a perfect getaway for the weekend. Would highly recommend!"

"Wonderful hotel! Check in was smooth & the staff were wonderful. The location is perfect, the hotel spotless & the beds are comfortable. The only issue we had was the noise level. We stayed in room 304. The guests that were staying in the room directly above us were very loud between 2am to 3am. It actually sounded like furniture was being moved around for 1 hour. Then the cleaning of that same room started at 8:50am the next morning, vacuuming included. Very loud and too early for guests staying in the room below that would like to sleep in after not sleeping well. We went home very tired. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star experience."

"Such clean room and helpful staff! Only thing is that our in-room tablet was not working although they made an attempt to fix it it did not let us order things or put through a few of our requests "

"The house was clean and well stocked and the location is great. The one drawback is the heating system. There is only one thermostat, located on the ground floor in the living room. We visited on a cool weekend in May and if we made the living room 68, the upstairs rooms were too warm to sleep in. During the warmer part of the afternoon things were fine. "
