ONE of a KIND Home @ OIB! Super close to the Ocean!Great for family time!

Home has been fully renovated and you are sure to fall in love as soon as you arrive.....
You will breathe in the salt air and feel yourself begin to relax as soon as you make it to the front porch rockers. Ocean is clearly visible from front of home and front porch.
Home has top of the line Kitchen, dining, great room/Family room with Open concept design. Dining table seats 10 comfortably and 6 can eat at large kitchen island.
Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough room and seating for whole family to sit out and enjoy!!
Beach access is diagonal & directly across the street from property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air!!
A private pool has been added as well.
There is also a gas grill in the outdoor area by the pool for your cookout/grilling enjoyment!!
Just a little info on our Renovation....
All renovations and the pool were completed in June of 2018. Take a look at the top notch updates made and see all the high end finishes through out. We also added two bunk rooms, both with one Queen size with Full over top!! Each bunk has an LED reading light over bed!!
Two front master suites have King size beds and Private bathrooms. The two rear bedrooms have Queen size bed in one and full in the other connected to Jack and Jill bathrooms. Total of 6 bedrooms in all. All 4 bathrooms have fully tiled showers or tub combo.
Under the home is a nice outdoor shower and also a seating area to relax out of the sun or in the evening hours and feel the ocean breeze.

Please check out our other Property at Ocean Isle also. 13 Pender Street is on a canal leading to the Inter coastal Waterway and just a short walk to the beach.

Coastal Carolina gem

This property is beautifully decorated, well stocked and a great location. Took a group of teens who enjoyed the downstairs hang area and the parents enjoyed the deck! Easy walk to the beach with many beach amenities available for use. Owner very responsive to questions and checked in to make sure we were having a great stay.

Beautiful home, great location

The home was every bit as nice, spacious, and clean is in the photos! The price was incredibly reasonable. We were in town for a wedding and the venue was right across the street, so the location was perfect for us. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which we took advantage of! Highly recommend this home for a stay in Ocean Isle Beach

Gem of a home in OIB

This is the second time we have had the joy of staying at this house. It is such a great beach house- the kitchen is well stocked, the rooms comfortable and it’s a great layout for our family. The kids love the bunk rooms and the pool! We loved the location- just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this gem of a home in OIB.

Wedding Weekend

Annual “Girls” Trip

This was a great vacation home for several of us elder gals for our annual get-together! Good location with easy beach access and a pool in the back with several chaise loungers for relaxing. Well appointed interior and kitchen accessories. Best of all was that everything is on one level!

Nice home with great location

The home was very nice and the pool was a big hit. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the beach was wonderful. The home was well equipped with everything you may need and the bedrooms were perfect for our 11 total guests. Rhonda checked in on us often by text to make sure everything was OK. Vacation stay could not have been better.

Great House!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Property owner was great and answered all our questions. We loved having all the bedrooms on one level. We also loved having access to all the beach chairs, wagon, toys and bikes. The beach access was nice and close, too. We plan to return!

Cozy, confortable & convenient

Great place to spend your beach escape, the property is very well maintained and is equiped with all the things you may need from the kitchen to the beach accsesories. Property manager follows up to check every thing is ok during your stay.

Mom and sons trip

Fantastic location, plenty of room and clean, comfortable accommodations. Teenage boys loved the pool, ping pong, bikes and board games. Moms loved the big kitchen and front porch to relax! Owner incredibly responsive and checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy with our stay. Would absolutely recommend and plan to use again in the future.

Love this house

The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the front porch and the grands loved the pool. The large front windows bring light and cheer. Not only is the beach access a quick walk but no stairs make it easy to get your beach gear across the wooden path. We hope to come again. Rhonda is a wonderful host.

Family beach time

Very clean . Great house for gathering with family. Good floor plan with large open space in the middle , bedrooms on both sides. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach access for morning beach walks. Nice pool for evening swims. We enjoyed our stay in this beach house very much. We would book it again!

Ocean Isle Stay

We loved the home - very comfortably appointed and all rooms on one floor. The only problem encountered was the main tv in the home kept having connection problems with the internet. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Great house

The house is identical to the description; clean, nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. Communication was easy with Rhonda. Great location with pool for easy entertaining of the children while dinner is being prepared. Very pleased with the everything.

Family wedding stay

The property is well-laid out with easy access to the beach. Our family was relaxed and comfortable in the space - often it's peacefulness proved an oasis from wedding venue preparations. We are table tennis fans and much fun was had playing together! Rhonda was very responsive throughout our stay and surprised us with going well out of her way to alleviate our wedding logistics issues. We remain grateful for her support!

GREAT VACATION EXPERIENCE!

Our family spent another great week in Ocean Isle. The house is set up perfectly with six bedrooms to accommodate our family needs. We enjoyed returning from the beach and relaxing by the swimming pool each day. Beach access is extremely easy because of the house location. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could ask for, including a double oven. Our teens enjoyed using the bikes available in the garage. Rhonda, the owner, checked in often with us to make sure our trip was going well. We will be returning again in 2025!

SUPER RENTAL

This property was perfect for our family. The house location was great, only a short walk to the beach entrance. There was plenty of space on the beach and the water was great for all ages. Many amenities were provided and available for our use. Having a pool was a wonderful addition compared to our prior rentals. Our younger adults enjoyed Corn Hole competitions and using the available bikes. Both inside and outside the house were so many places to sit and relax. Thank you, Rhonda, for being responsive to our needs and we’ll see your rental again in 2024.

We had a great stay in OIB at Rhonda’s place. She was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. The house is beautiful and perfect open set up for or family/friend trip. Everything was clean and she provides a lot of amenities to make your stay enjoyable!
