Family Friendly Waterfront 5 Bedroom Home with Kayaks and Boat Dock

Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this fabulous house boasts 5 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds, 2 sets of twin over double bunk beds with trundles, and 2 twin beds. There are also 5 bathrooms equipped with showers and/or bathtubs, allowing guests plenty of privacy to relax and unwind. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heat and AC, WiFi, recirculating water heater, fully stocked kitchen, and indoor and outdoor speakers, and a washer and dryer. Outdoors, dine on the screened porch, and enjoy the spacious 3 level back deck. You can relax in the rockers on the main deck, tan in the loungers upstairs or simply sit and take in the ocean and intercoastal waterway views on the cupola. The canal is just steps from the back door where you can paddle board, kayak, float away your worries, or dock your boat with the ICWW just minutes away. The outdoor shower provides convenience when returning from the beach, or after playing in the canal. Beach access and the Community Center are just around the corner. This house is also in a prime location just a few minutes walk from the museum, mini golf and the newly remodeled park with bocci ball, morning yoga and workout classes, basketball and pickle ball courts, splash pad and state of the art playground, In the summer months, you can also catch live music or a movie at the lawn of the park. LOVED this House! Great location. Walking distance to the park, putt-putt, restaurants and pier. Also, had a beach access close by. Right on the canal where we did some fishing. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Lots of room and opened space to the living area. Big plus having a screen in porch off the kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious with their own bathrooms. The host Ashley was right on top of things from check-in information to check-out. Everything went smoothly we will definitely stay again. Lots of fun in the sun with a touch of home, Cyndy & Family NC
