"Rooms were outdated with paper thin walls (we could literally hear drawers opening and closing from next door). Bathroom was gross (shower head had black spots so didn't use it for the night at all). Indoor pool wasn't clean and needs immediate cleaning. Outdoor pool was okay."

"The outdoor pool was fine, but no way to regulate that only their guests can use it, so was often over crowded. The indoor pool smelled so strongly of chlorine it was unusable. The food at the restaurants on sight was terrible. You had to pay $10 per day to park on sight. There was a crane in the parking lot which caused multiple cars to get stuck in the parking lot. While housekeeping came into my room daily, they didn't replace washcloths or shampoo, so we quickly ran out. They also didn't clean the floors. The rooms were fine, but tile was broken, the sink was cracked; it just looked run down."

"The front door would not lock, the plate was not aligned correctly. We put all of our luggage in front and slept with one eye open. It is right on the boardwalk and the location was great. Hot, good coffee in the office in the morning and the AC was cold! I would recommend if you are running most of the day and just need a place to crash."

"Staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful. My room keys did not work and they were rekeyed and replaced 3 times. Maintenance tried as well. After we had settled in because they couldn't get the room keys to work, we were moved to a different room. They obviously had not had the time to clean it. Floor was dirty questionable as to what it was stuck to the floor. I used wash wipes to clean it. The room was so stuffy and hot. This was resolved in a few hours once the AC/fan kicked in. There was a microwave on the floor. I went to use it to heat up my dog's food and didn't realize it was so greasy. It was horrible. Not only the floors in my room were dirty, the hallway was just as bad - so many spills and stains. I know it was a dog-friendly floor, but that should've made them more inclined to keep it clean. Nobody at front desk when I went to check out. I think she was a housekeeping person came from the back and I let her know I wanted to check out and turn in the keys. She asked me my room number and said ok and walked away. I finally just left the keys by the phone on the front desk as I had an appointment I had to get to. I definitely won't go back."
