"We had a great visit at Singer Island and this was a great “home base” for our family! The pool was wonderful, and everything from the beds to the wifi to the water pressure was perfect. One mark of a great host isn’t that all things go perfectly at their property (although that’s a great goal to shoot for), but if and when things don’t go as expected, how does the host respond? Clay was very responsive when we had brought our own coffee with us to brew in a regular brew pot, not necessarily the Keurig (which was there as well). The 10-cup coffee brewer that was there in the pantry wasn’t working, so Clay just had a replacement sent the next day. We appreciated not having to drink wet cardboard from the Keurig or spend 20 bucks a day at the local coffee shop to have our daily coffee! Thanks to these guys, it made for what was the perfect beach getaway for our family and we loved every minute of our time there at this house!"

It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation.The resort itself was just as impressive, with two beautiful pools, beach service, on-site restaurants, and even a Starbucks—all just steps away. It truly had everything we needed without ever having to leave the property.The condo owner was also fantastic to work with—always responsive, friendly, and quick to help whenever we had a question or needed anything.We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Singer Island area and would absolutely stay here again!"
