"This is definitely the place to stay at when in Galveston. I have stayed at other places and have always been disappointed. Most places are bait and switch, the lobby and front desk look great but the rooms and other facility areas are run down. The Harbor House is top notch from entrance to the showers you can’t beat it, and the staff are wonderful always pleasant and will to help. "
"The hotel is a lovely but the rooms are getting a bit worn. The beds are comfortable; the food and beverage are thoughtful and on point. We wish there was a chair in the room. We've stayed here several times, we highly recommend it, and love the hotel vibe. The staff is wonderful."
