"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. The room was nice & clean, but there were a couple of shortfalls: you couldn't open the room window for fresh air & ventilation and the room temperature controls wouldn't seem to work so it was slightly chilly in the room during the night.
