"Broken light bulb, ants & spiders everywhere, woke up to a spider crawling on my face. First night, cops were banging on the unit right above to see if there was an unwanted tenant, didn’t find anyone. Second night, through out the entire night could hear some one up above moving things around (furniture sounds) until 6 am. Right outside our door was an rv with bags over windows & definitely occupied by a questionable individual. Was very unhappy with our experience. "

"The pictures looked so bright fresh and clean, so we were somewhat disappointed upon arrival. Dirty carpets, rotting baseboards in bathroom and broken blinds in bedroom and family room. Shower needs an upgraded shower head. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. The apartment was very quiet and easy parking. I think it’s in some sort of transition, so might improve in the future. Very close to the beach. Great communication. "
