"Love this place room was excellent."

"I want to start by saying that all staff were very friendly and welcoming. It didn’t matter what time of day we would pass by any staff walking through the hallway, they would smile and greet us. Staff kept the front lobby and dining area very tidy. We even saw staff tidying up around outside. Despite the great staff, the hotel room was okay and just outdated. Lighting was terrible. The room just felt really dark. Don’t get me started on the bathroom lighting. Girls, bring some extra lighting because putting on makeup was a bit challenging. Truly nothing special about the room. I had booked a room with a kitchenette but was bummed to learn that they had taken out a mini stove four years ago. That’s on me, I should have paid more attention to the details in the description of the room. It did throw a wrench in our plans of having at least two meals in during our stay. The kitchenette only really offered us a slightly elongated table to eat at and a huge fridge/freezer. For the same price, I could have booked another location with a kitchenette that has a stove. Lesson learned for next time. I will say this continental breakfast was excellent. Great options. That was the biggest highlight of our stay."

"Rosa at the front desk was so kind and helpful....however we had a problem with one of the managers...not sure what her name was but we made a complaint with the front desk about her. She was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay."

"The whole room looked super worn down, the tv only had one Chanel available, everything is unsanitary, walls dirty, cockroaches everywhere, the bed sheets felt dirty, shower head/floor dirty and rusty, there’s an awful smell in the room."

"The room was trashed The walls were broken The floors were lifting the shower has a camera pointed directly into the shower head The top of the shower is completely peeling off there's holes everywhere they also took a $170 charge on my card and overcharged me for my stay and are not releasing those funds if you have anywhere else you could stay stay there The shower pressure is so high that it is actually painful so in your sensitive areas be careful it's a warning lol only it's really not funny none of it was funny the staff was extremely aggressive lied about the charge that was put on my card said he only held $100 there was $120 that was taken from my card would not look at the fact that I had proof and I could show him what was taken off my card and what was being held Those funds have not been released he also overcharged me for my stay this day was $353 in total with tax he charged me over $400 be careful he's also aggressive will not listen will not look at your proof and will not actually help you. Good luck getting a hold of anybody on that phone because they do not answer it I've been trying to get my funds released all day."

"Check-in was crazy. Only one staff who was about to cry because the key card machine wasn’t working so she had to let us and other guests in manually among other things. She was the only staff working for her first time doing a harder shift as she explained. I felt bad for her but we also had a hard day and just wanted to have a nice relaxing night stay. It wasn’t the case. The pillows were older and not comfortable. The AC was made a loud noise when it came on. We had to pick up a room key in the morning. Also, at breakfast, the juice and water machine wasn’t working."

"I was very happy with this property and ease of checking in. The landscaping, pool, spa and other amenities were amazing including the beach access which was maybe 50 yards away. The harbor was a short 5 minute walk with many restaurants. The condo was very clean and stocked with all the items necessary for my stay including beach towels, boogie boards a beach chairs. The pictures represent the property perfectly. Being a single person, I felt very safe as the property has patrol service and is fenced with remote access including the garage. I will definitely be returning to this property on my next visit to Oceanside,"
