"My low scores both stem from bathroom issues. The exhaust fan fix was removed and re-installed poorly to the bathroom ceiling causing it to make excessive noise. The plastic portion of the hair dryer fixture was broken. The entire thing pulled off the wall by the next user. Needs to replaced not just setting the broken parts on the wall."

"We were hesitant to stay at a Best Western brand but our stay exceeded our expectations! Super clean, nice breakfast that was more edible than most hotel breakfasts, large room and even gourmet coffee downstairs. We will be back!"

"The property is conveniently located to the marina and restaurants/shopping, my one and only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. Even being on the coast, the nighttime lows were in the mid-upper 70’s with no breeze at all. The temperature in the room, even with the windows open was hovering in the mid 80’s all night long and made it difficult to sleep."
