"The staff was very friendly for the most part however, the breakfast restaurant and bar frequently opened later than the time posted. Additionally, we had requested red stripe, and Diet Coke be brought to our room four times and we never received it. Jacqueline from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean."

"The entertainment staff is absolutely amazing. The activities were on point. They ensured to get everyone involved. The entertainment was diverse to meet the needs of guests from all ages. Food was good. Beach was beautiful. A selection of pools to choose from as well as a waterpark. This is a great place for families with all ages. Great job Riu! You made my vacation."

"The property was a little old but clean. I like the security, the beach was great, the staff was friendly. What I did like, some tv and remote didn't work. There were dirty mop head, broom and bucket were left on the porch. The steps, and porch were not swept. Overall, I'll stay there again. I love the peace and quite that I had."

"We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. There was nothing that was ever too much trouble. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our butlers Anthony and Robert made us feel so special and we loved all the little surprises they arranged. The general manager Omar is a huge credit to Sandals and does an incredible job making you aware of his presence and checking in on us to ask if there was anything we needed. The food and drinks are 10/10 we did not have a bad meal and there were many stand out dishes. We hope to be back and see everyone again very soon. Thank you"
