This hotel is located in downtown Ocho Rios, what it lacks in location it makes up for in cleanliness , beautiful architecture inside and excellent staff. Everyone tried to make sure we had a good stay. The staff was polite friendly and helpful. Great for the price, will return.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant food wasn’t the best but the drinks and authentic Jamaican breakfast were great. It was in the heart of the city and close to everything! I would definitely recommend it!

The location of the hotel was great, given that it was right on the main street, making things easily accessible. The hotel bordered a gully though, which was in a deplorable state. The dining staff were great. We had aurhentic, tasty Jamaican food for breakfast.....even our toddler loved it. The bedroom and bathroom could use a bit more cleaning though and the pool was closed for most of our stay. The staff were polite, buy not very hospitable. Overall, the hotel was modern, provided clean enough, carpet free space that was close to all the amenities in Ocho Rios, including the beach and shopping areas, but needed a little bit more to get to five star quality.

The space is exactly as shown on the website. Staff was polite and helpful. Great breakfast. The room had no windows that were openable. Gym was small and smelt dusty with limited equipment. Overall, I enjoyed the stay as it was quiet, comfortable and in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping facilities.

I stayed with .y wife last Friday night. The check in was easy. I booked a suite and it was just like the pictures. The room was clean and very lovely. The shower was amazing and hot water was great. The kitchen was spacious however I didn’t use it. The location is perfectly set just across from Moon palace, so its easy to find. Plus lots of stores, food grocery stores and taxis everywhere. Get the breakfast became its local jamaican food, the poridge is nice. I will stay again.
