A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team. "We didnt receive aiport pick up and drop off service by the resort. When we asked them the staff stated they don’t peovide that service but why it was written in their hotel information if they dont want to provide this service. Secondly there was wedding going on and it was so noizy until 12.30 am. It was a big bollywood aongs noise and around 15 people were dancing and making noise. We feel like we could have stayed somewhere better instead of this resort so we could enjoy our stay more. "

"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this involved getting out of car, going into the reception and driving to the basement which was off the main road. All in all, very inconvenient. We will not stay jere again. They did not include breakfast, considering the charges, over priced for services and amenities included. Bathroom was not vey clean. "
