Our room smelled like smoke for 3 days, although it’s a non smoking hotel. After the 3rd day which was the worst,I called the from desk to complain and all they offered to do was send in room cleaning and investigate the rooms around us. I would’ve expecting some are of refund, but nothing was offered.

"Value for money. Suitable for a stop over or a quick trip. The room was spacious and had plenty of plug sockets with a TV. But the toilet flush was broken and so was the shower head tube. Quick response from host when we had questions. Was a bit misled with parking as there is actually no on site ..."
