Had a wonderful stay!

Excellent breakfast, and staff. Air conditioning was kind of hot.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with recommendations. The location is genuinely convenient, putting you within walking distance of most major sites, with buses and taxis easily accessible for anywhere further out. The one exception was the Colosseum, which was a bit of a hike, but that was a minor gripe in an otherwise excellent location. A real highlight was being close to plenty of local eateries that haven't been overrun by tourists or inflated in price like the spots right around the big attractions, great food at fair prices, just a short walk away. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic, well-located base in Rome.

Dear Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Team, As local residents, we recently chose your hotel for a quick 3-day, 2-night staycation. We originally booked because we were drawn to the pool, but we actually had an even better time utilizing your gym facilities! While the hotel was overall wonderful, we did encounter an issue on our first day with a burning plastic smell in our room. We requested a room change, and thanks to your team's assistance, we were moved to a new room where everything was fresh, comfortable, and relaxing for the rest of our stay. Thank you so much for the great service and hospitality. We truly appreciate it!
