"I had dissapointing experience in this hotel. Obviously no one wants to stay in a place which is infested with bed bugs. The first night i realised moving things on bed and after i complained the staff has changed the sheets but problem still persisted. Overall bad experience"

The hotel employee who answered the phone said they would open it at 17.00, being extremely rude and unsympathetic.
