"エクスペディアの予約の場合、名前を英語表記で登録されるのを知らず、チェックインの時に、タブレットで自分の名前を漢字で入力したところエラーとなった。焦って問い合わせると英語表記で登録されていると案内していただき、その対応に安心感を感じました。 部屋は綺麗で、プールや海で利用するのに十分なタオルがあり、ベッドルームとリビングのベッドで家族4人カバーできます。 調味料が塩胡椒、油少々なので、醤油とかはありません。"

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Conte! The villa was clean and comfortable, plus top notch amenities were provided. The owners were so sweet and attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. The nearby beach was gorgeous, and food was fantastic at the resort just down the road. We loved the private pool each afternoon and evening. It was the best spot for our Miyako stay! Highly recommend! "

"この度５名で初めてヴィラタイプに宿泊しました お部屋も綺麗でキッチン設備も充実していて予想を上回っていました 人数が大勢でしたがお風呂とシャワー室があり混雑することがありませんでした またお風呂場乾燥のおかげで毎日洗濯ができ大変気持ちよく過ごせました ミネラルウォーターを日数分置いていただけるとなおいいですね 宮古島の旅を楽しく快適に過ごすことができありがとうございました"

"Loved the gorgeous ocean view from the room, the spacious backyard and the pool in the backyard. The private beach was very quiet and secluded. The course dinner we had "Basho" with paired wine was excellent! All the staff were very nice and accommodating. We had absolutely amazing time at this villa."

"一軒家でとてもキレイで可愛いお家でした。 近くにあるチェックイン場所の一帯にレストランやブルーシールアイスがあり、夕食と朝食どちらもそのレストランで頂きましたが、とても美味しかったです。 海に近いのでビーチに歩いて行けそうでしたが、別にアクティビティを予約していたので行けませんでした。 お部屋の中はとても清潔感があってキレイなのですが、アリ🐜さんがたくさんいました。 幸い巨大な虫には遭遇しませんでしたが、殺虫剤も完備してあり、対策はできているかと。 お風呂が上下２つあり、洗濯機も2台あり、大人数で泊まれます。 洗濯機はありがたかったのですが、乾燥機能は付いてなかったので、その点がマイナス。 乾燥まで一気に出来て荷物をすぐに詰め込めるのが旅行者の希望なので、せめて扇風機でもあれば、翌朝には乾いていたかも。 コスパは今回宮古島での宿泊施設の中で1番なので、連泊するのがオススメかも。"

"Customer Service at The Shigira was exceptional. We could not have been happier with the level of care and attention that Miyu provided. She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had."
