Our stay was really great! Our room had 2 double/queen beds and a pull-out bed. It was very good sized and everything was clean. Free breakfast was good too

The property is older and over priced for its condition. The breakfast was Mid at best. The room was fairly clean but some details we noticed made us question the cleanliness overall. There was sand or something like sand around the edges of the bathroom. A small stain on the corner of the bed sheet. On the floor was a film top off a McDonald's sauce cup stuck to the floor. The room had a peculiar smell when we walked in. Not so over powering you dont get used to it quickly. I would say it smells like cleaner and old musty closet. The staff were s Super friendly staff and I felt safe at the property. I would not stay here again for the price and condition overall.

Carpets were very dingy and looked very dirty in the room to the point I kept shoes on the entire visit. Property is run down and the exterior and interior have seen better years/days. Staff was helpful and the room linens were clean and surface areas were clean as well but it was still not great. It was the GSA rate so had there been other options in the price range I would have opted out of this property.

I was so impressed with the Laquita staff and the deluxe queen suite we stayed in. The room was incredibly clean, well stocked, large and comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well! The staff made sure my pre-arrival requests were met and the ac worked perfectly! There was grass around the hotel for my dogs to use the facilities, parking was close, I was very happy with our stay.

Good location for a good price

A one/night stay, was comfortable but needs a bit of TLC. Showing wear on carpets and paint or wallpaper in hallways. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Loved the location.
