Train the staff to smile, and welcome Guests, the lady at the reception, I believe her name is Giselle, needs to be more friendly and welcoming.. She was very rude and felt bothered by me just checking in !! Forget about asking to add the reservation to my HH !!

After seeing the negative reviews and having the experience myself let me tell you that this hotel is really clean and it has luxury! The area was safe super easy to get to nyc by train since they can take you there!
