The room was in good condition. The only issue, the bathroom door couldnt close, room 407. The stopper was in the wrong position. Maintenance was notified. My key card and the one next door, room 408, wouldnt work the first, second and sometimes it took five times to unlock.

When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby.
