"Rooms smelled like smoke. Beds were very worn. Was not staying at this facility and found another place to stay. Manager told me they couldn’t refund my money and I had to go through Expedia. Expedia told me the hotel manager denied the refund. Was advised by Expedia to speak with hotel staff and have them send email that they would refund but hotel denied and said they don’t decided that. "

"It was very clean and comfortable. The place is quite dated. Although they have made an effort on the interior. The exterior was a throwback to the 80s."

"I wouldn’t go there again just wasn’t the cleanest and like kids went to get pop machine didn’t work just rude we came night early and did check out on day reservation because I got really sick and can’t get my money back i would never go back I would’ve never asked for it but I was sick and had three kids with me and pool area just touched rude people get mad at the kids for swimming in there place. But the worst was because I got really sick and couldn’t stay second night but no money back not even maybe half and the night when came in early the lady told me a price and when got there was 40 more and she said I don’t know who told you that I thought be great place for grandkids they didn’t like it "

"The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful."

"Room was clean. Shower drain was at least partially clogged as the tub had a few inches of water in it after showering. There’s an exhaust fan in the bathroom but not switch to turn it on. It’s still clean but starting to show its age. And as Expedia members, we used to get a bottle of water and a some mints when checking in. Not so this time around. "

"Would recommend to friends and family for sure! Very nice and welcoming staff! Amazing breakfast!! Overall very good and comfortable stay!"
