"First of all this hotel does not have a front desk. There is a restaurant in 1st floor, and at the restaurant they will check you in. "My wife and I stayed a week with our two dogs. The garden is fully enclosed so the dogs could just wander about. The pool area is also fenced off so the dogs can’t go in. And yes the pool really is heated and it was wonderful. You do need a car to explore the area.
