Received many texts/emails about digital check-in, never received response and when we came to check in we're told absolutely no early check-in, not in a kind way. I'll definitely choose when of the other many options in town next time

Hummingbird Inn of Ojai
clean comfortable room, multiple nice common spaces - particularly good outdoors space in beautiful weather. Pool was perfect temperature and well furnished.

Caravan Outpost
Very clean, caravan was as-described and provided us with something a bit different than a typical hotel stay. Little communication was needed with staff but when necessary, they always responded very promptly.

Chantico Inn
Hotel has a great location. As far as the rest goes was just upsetting and so disappointing. Fire place not working,hot tub broken.The answer from the front desk was call the manager,nothing I can do because you booked through Expedia .No one around to help with maintenance of the rooms.Practically ...
