"Staff were friendly, but it's pretty much self sufficient. You can grab free amenities in the lobby such as combs, toothbrushes, razors, slippers, robes. The daily cleaning service only consisted of towel exchange and removal of rubbish. This was communicated to us during check in. Th hotel is only 5 mins walk from kaimedo station which was very convenient for us. Overall, a satisfactory experience."
