INU Residence MORI | A Villa Surrounded by Trees with a Dog Run

MORI is a 42-square-meter villa available for exclusive rental at INU Residence SKY TERRACE SUWA. It accommodates up to 5 guests and features a private dog run and a wooden deck. Enjoy your stay with your beloved dog in the skip-floor interior, which exudes the warmth of wood.

There is one bedroom. Bedding consists of two semi-double beds and three single-size floor mattresses. On VRBO, the bedding is listed as 2 single beds and 3 sets of single futons. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and internet access.

A kitchen and gas BBQ facilities are provided. Please bring your own food and drinks. This is a room-only accommodation. Check-in is self-service with no front desk; instructions for accessing the property via the key box will be provided prior to your stay. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

There is no charge for dogs. Only dogs are permitted, with a maximum of 3 dogs in principle. If all dogs weigh less than 10 kg each, up to 4 dogs may stay. Dogs must be at least 4 months old and meet the facility’s requirements for vaccinations, parasite control, and other conditions. Please submit proof via the pre-check-in form. You may not leave your dog unattended inside the cottage. We cannot accept dogs that are in heat or within two weeks of the end of their heat cycle. Guests without dogs are also welcome.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day. Use of the BBQ and outdoor spaces is permitted until 10:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and events are not allowed. Each cottage has free parking for up to two cars; if there are two cars, parallel parking is required. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring three or more cars.
