"Loved the attentiveness of the staff, they were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Liked our room's complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee. Didn’t like that our room had a peculiar odor, I think it was coming from the carpet, it was like a moldy/urinal smell that would permeate whenever the AC would kick on. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. It was for mandatory valet parking. As soon as we pulled up, they took our key , gave us a ticket, parked our car, and we had to call...

"Great location. Hotel is a bit old but view is excellent. Staff are very attentive. Valet service was convenient. Amenities were Talgo which I love! Shame that we stayed there only 1day. Restaurants were very expensive…"

"Hotel is conveniently located by Tsubogawa Yui Rail Station, and next to FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. Don Quixote is a 5-minute walk away. Drink vending machines are located on each floor, and there is a money exchange machine in the lobby. Rooms are very nice. "

"The room is clean and comfortable for single person. Room not very spacious but space is ample for me. Hotel is right beside naha main place shopping mall which offer free parking and near to monorail. Parking available at 1100 yen(payable every night). The breakfast buffet is great with lots of food choices at a fee at 1760 yen. "
