Saw roaches, had no batteries in the smoke detector, toilet wouldn’t flush right . Was told I had a non smoking room but cigarette butts and zig zag trash under the bad, room Was not dusted, sink had dead bugs in it. When I told them what was going on they asked if I wanted a different room! HELL NO!!!

The room was so filthy I slept on top of the covers in my clothes. I know it was a smoking room, but the burn holes in the blanket and sheets was unacceptable.

No smoking room and the bed cover had burn marks and the sheet. My wife would not walk on the carpet bare footed. We parked our car at another Motel down the street because we did not feel our car was safe there and walked back. The owners only parked there cars where the staff could see them people milling around outside. One looked like a lady of the night.

Well we have steady at this particular hotel in the past and we've never had an issue with it this go round again not an issue but it was 101° and we were looking forward to swimming because it was very very hot out and no swimming pool that was number one number two was no breakfast that was a big deal because we have two kids we needed to get on the road very early and we were hoping to get the breakfast and get it and go which they did not have and no ice maker which was kind of odd but for the most part it was a very clean establishment always great customer service which we appreciated she was very nice and very helpful so would we stay there again yes definitely

Worsr hotel ever. Expedia shouldn't even allow this property on their website. The 2nd floor balcony was rotting away and unsafe and they tried to put us in rooms right above the broken balcony. We insisted on changing rooms and the next set of rooms had dead bugs everywhere. We told them that we refused to stay there and they refuse to give me my money back. Tried going thru Expedia to get my money back and they were no help either.

A rather disappointing stay. I asked for the quietest room possible, and was given a room facing a busy highway. I’m very glad that I travel with slippers, because the floor was pretty much covered with dirt. Hair and I don’t know what in the corners and throughout. Stains on the bed coverings. The microwave had crumbs from something in it, so had obviously not been cleaned. I couldn’t take a bath because the stopper was out, and rusted. It almost looked like I had been put in a room that hadn’t been used much, so wasn’t even cleaned. I had to check out early, so I can’t rate the breakfast, but there wasn’t even coffee available in the lobby, and no coffee maker in the room.

A lot of repairs needed as it is an old building or just not properly taken care of. Beds are hard as rock and yea I know hotel beds aren’t home but they are horrible. Bathtub drained very slow and the shower head was way up and couldn’t adjust it.

Owners harrassed my family and made racially disrespectful statements. Overcharged pet fee on purpose. Firxed a service of room against our wants and didnt even change bedding. Bathroom ceiling covered in mold. Bathtub rusted all around drain. Toilet seal was busted and seat broken. No hot water at all first day. Then no hot water in sink at all. Rooms being raided by police over drrugs and people arrested then allowed back to property next day. People walking around with guns in waistbands with gun free drug free signs posted. This place is a nightmare.

Its was horrible. The rooms were disgusting and roaches it was so bad we ended up not staying there and left. The hotel needs to be torn down.

Rat hole
When I arrived I stood in office for a good 10 minutes before the manager came in and checked me in. He was outside standing beside a truck. The room was filthy. Drywall tape peeling up on the wall. It reeked of smoke and there was animal hair and trash on floor. I don’t think the sheets were even changed from previous stays. This is a bad thing in light of covid. I am a critical care nurse and felt with a little effort it could have at least been cleaned. I had been driving for 10 hrs and very tired. Loud thumping music was playing in next room. The place was very run down. Motel 6 was like a luxury hotel compared to this place.

Staff was very friendly. Room was pretty clean, although there was dirt on the floor and the room had not been swept. Very out dated, there was a kitchen but no dishea or even coffee cups. The bed springs were pretty uncomfortable. If you need a cheap place to stay, this is great. Comfortwise, not so great.

Door did not latch, anyone could just push on door to open it. "Handicap" room had no grab bars in shower. Shower curtain rod fell. Toilet would not flush. Light over bathroom sink did not work. Exhaust fan did not exhaust, just made noise. No place to hang coats. No place to put bags. Will NOT come back.

The room was not as advertised. There was no kitchen, or table. The room was clean but just basic. The first room the refrigerator didn't work. The second room the tv didn't work. We were tired so just went to sleep. I would not stay there again. Was not satisfied.

The website for this motel was misleading. There was no pool, no breakfast and no vending machine, no ice machine. I now understand why it was so cheap. Covid has been here, is still here but don't keep using it as an excuse for not taking better care of your motel. Will not stay here again.

It is closed for the season, per state requirements. Also I am sorry to hear that you did not see our combo drink and snack machine here at the office next to the check in area. It is stocked with goodies like Hershey candy bars, Reese's cups, hard candies, and others. We also stock it with Doritos, Cheetos, and many other chips and crisps. And last, all of the main stream carbonated beverages, served ice cold like Coke, Sprite, Dr.Pepper, etc.. I'm sorry that you missed the signage guiding you to our ice vend and laundry vend as well. Until further instruction from the Center for Disease Control regarding reducing the spread of Covid-19, we cannot serve breakfast, out of an abundance for our guests safety. We hoped that you would understand and agree that it is best practice for these uncertain times in which we find ourselves. Feel free to reach out to guest services for any question about our property, as we will be most happy to assist.

Checked in kinda late and pulled back covers and found bed bugs in the bed …..went to the front desk and the guy there looked at me and said okay I can give you another room …..I said no and he gave me a refund of which if you pay by card will take at least 7 business days to get back to you

I went into all of my credit card transactions for the entire month of September, and I show no refunds whatsoever, to date. Also, I am not showing any folios with your name, Amy, for the month of September as well. Obviously a little confusion there. Nevertheless, have a great rest of your day. By the way, the last report of ANY bedbugs at our hotel was in 2018.
