I have pictures, but there was hopefully make up or blood, poop on the toilet. I called the Front desk. They said they was going to clean it. I left came back hours later. It was never clean. Are use hand sanitizer to get it off of the toilet because it was by the handle on the side of the toilet

I only give it a 4 star because it’s close to many dinning spots and highway which allows you to get to your destination faster. The overall hotel itself is 3 star There were stains and hair on our bed from previous guests when we arrived. I get that the housekeepers are busy but it’s not like we checked in early. We actually checked in late. Ac and heater is very loud. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was hair all on our sheets and pillows. The Jets in the Jacuzzi tub did not work. The staff was very short and rude at times when asked questions we kept having to have our card reprogrammed to open our door.

The hotel itself was pretty nice. The room and lobby was clean, friendly staff. However, at night , there was a lot of noise from the highway that’s right by the hotel which can make it hard to sleep. The pool was clean , but small and the hot tub was closed off.

The pool was warm. But looked pretty gross. They didn’t have any clean pool towels. The front desk was very pleasant and the breakfast was good. Room seemed clean but the shower was is pretty bad shape.
