Clean and comfortable. Surprisingly good breakfast too! We’ll be back!

Would stay here again if I ever make it back to Denver. Can walk to lots of places downtown and the bed was extremely comfortable. Autumn at the front desk was personable and professional and very helpful to us.

My sister and I stayed last night to go see Zach Bryan at Empower. There was a dead moth in the bathroom, and hairs in the bathroom tub. However the worst part was how loud it is from the street. I understand the property is old and historic… but one of the windows in the bathroom is completely lacking in caulking around the window itself (you can almost fit your fingers through). I just feel the property could help minimize noise from the streets by either A. Replacing the windows or B. Doing some form of sound maintenance from the outside. It was so bad my sister and I couldn’t sleep barely at all…. Which says a lot because she’s from NYC.

Even close to Coors Park (baseball venue), it was very quiet. We enjoyed walking to the Union Station area & LoDo.

I am sure Sonesta realizes the elevator debacle. The ice machines were not much better. Novices parking in the bldg do not know where they are until the spaces run out. Some explanation that only so many levels are available could help. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable.
