Beautiful sea views and only 200m to the beach - House Ivanka
The apartment is located in a new holiday house which was completed in 2013. The apartment is modern and tasteful furnishings. It consists of 2 separate units and extends to 65 square meters over the entire floor area.
Due to the slope, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brac, Solta and Hvar. Each unit has either a balcony or a nice terrace, so you can enjoy the beautiful view. A nice barbecue area is available.
The house is very quiet. The beach and the crystal clear water is only 200m away. There is no road that could make you the rest on the beach in dispute. In 1st 5km distance in Okrug Gornji is located with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. In the immediate vicinity there is also a German-speaking diving school.
The old town of Trogir is 5km away and is easily reached by car. Also can be very good to start from the home base for day trips, eg. B to Split (35km), Krka waterfalls (62km) or the beautiful town of Primosten (40km).
