"We arrived at our room (21613) to find the fridge was warm, and when we walked into the bathroom there was a very unpleasant odour. After spending about an hour with maintenance staff trying to resolve the issues, we were eventually moved to a new room. The new room was much better overall, however ..."

"Check in was very slow only 2 staff and a long queue and wait. I have not experienced that in a hotel before. The shower in our room was only warm our daughters room was the same which was disappointing. The bed was very comfortable and facilities were fine we didnt get chance to the pool."
