"The hotel is located on the crater of Crater Lake. The view is breathtaking, there is hiking around with amazing views. The service is excellent, the food is good but the best is the view. I hope I will be back and spend several days there. "

"Overall this was a nice hotel. The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room. When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable. "

"I booked and paid for a delux room with three beds. Instead, the room we were allocated upon check in, had one kind bed, they then added a macro small bed making the room to lack space. The selling room description is not what we got. Very misleading. "
