Delightful villa at 800 meters from the beautiful beaches of Pittulongu

  • Perfectly relaxing holidays in a quiet area immersed in the typical Sardinian Mediterranean scrub. The large veranda with sea view and the large garden allows you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of the house. The house is easily reachable by car and is about 10 minutes from the port and Costa Smeralda airport of Olbia. The house is composed of a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom complete with tub-shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 other single beds in the mezzanine, (the house is complete with crockery, plates, glasses and bed and bathroom linen). The villa is completed by a beautiful covered veranda of 22 m2 (with sea view) adjacent to the 500 m2 garden that surrounds the entire house in which there is a water reserve. There are at least 3 private parking spaces, washing machine, hot/cold ducted air conditioning, satellite TV and WI-FI. About 1 km from the house there is a supermarket and a delicious artisan bakery. In the area there are several restaurants and pizzerias. The house is about 4 km from Olbia, 12 km from Golfo Aranci, 20 km from the famous Costa Smeralda and 30 km from San Teodoro. The house is particularly appreciated by guests for its comfort, tranquility and proximity to Olbia and the most beautiful places in the north-east of Sardinia.
