The apartment is a bright open space furnished with refined references to the colors of the sea, where white and delicate shades of blue create a relaxing and typically Mediterranean atmosphere.
The sleeping area has a comfortable French bed , ideal for resting, accompanied by a single bed , making the accommodation perfect for couples, small families or friends who want to share a vacation full of comfort.
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, offers everything you need to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners independently, while the dining table allows you to experience pleasant moments of conviviality even inside the apartment.
The real star of the house is the large covered terrace , an exclusive space where you can spend most of the day. Here you can start the morning with an open-air breakfast, have lunch and dinner on mild summer evenings or simply relax surrounded by the green of the Mediterranean scrub and the tranquility of the surrounding environment.
The apartment is completed by a functional bathroom with shower and washing machine , designed to offer maximum comfort even during longer stays.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and respect the structure, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before going outside, make sure that lights, appliances, and stoves are turned off.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection during your stay. The waste disposal bins are placed on the side of the road in the immediate vicinity of the house. We ask you to respect local guidelines for waste separation. Failure to carry out separate collection or the abandonment of waste inside the apartment at the end of the stay, will result in the application of a penalty of €500.00 to cover extraordinary cleaning, disposal and management costs .
Do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture and furnishings without authorization.
Any damage or malfunction must be notified to the owner promptly.
It is recommended to close doors and windows every time you leave the apartment.
Check-out must be done at the agreed time to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
