We all speak English (there are even a native speakers among us!) and wi-fi works throughout the hotel. Plus, I've been the manager since 2009 and I never received a letter from you. Thanks for your review. In the all rooms there are soundproof windows, If well closed, they are usually more than enough. The pillow in your room is a premium quality, sanitized and fireproof. In you closet you had another pillow available to change it or you could ask the reception for another one. Our receptionists give essential tourist informations and give you directions to the tourist office which is only 100 meters from our hotel. For the anti-covid19 rules, we are very careful and follow the provisions to prevent it very well. The only difficulty we have is explaining to customers like you to always wear the mask and for this reason we sometimes turn out to be a little unpleasant.
