This is an attractive-looking "vintage" hotel close to the promenade and city center. The room was spacious and had a large balcony, providing a nice view. Those were both advantages and disadvantages, in part due to the loud noise emanating from street-revelers most of the night. In addition, the "pillow" was more a rock than a cushion, the TV didn't work properly, the internet connection was unstable, and it's unclear to what extent common-sense COVID0-19 preventative measures were adopted. The (quite young...) staff at the reception were helpful in making copies of travel documents, but less so in providing basic information about the city, excursions, and maps (none provided). Overall, not a 4-star hotel in the sense normally associated with that rating.
