The apartment welcomes guests in a bright living area furnished in a marine style, where the white of the furnishings and the blue details immediately recall the charm of the coast. The space includes a comfortable dining table, ideal for sharing pleasant moments together, and a practical kitchen complete with everything necessary to prepare breakfasts, lunches or dinners in total autonomy.
Next to the living area there is a cozy open-space sleeping area , equipped with a comfortable French bed , perfect for providing additional comfort for guests.
The double bedroom, also furnished with taste and shades inspired by the sea, has an elegant French bed, offering a relaxing and bright environment to regenerate after a day spent on beaches and walks.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower , sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine , to offer all the necessary comfort even during longer stays.
The real jewel of the house is the large covered terrace , furnished with a large dining table. It's the perfect place to start the day with an outdoor breakfast, treat yourself to an aperitif at sunset or spend pleasant summer evenings immersed in the tranquility of the Mediterranean scrub.
Thanks to its strategic position, Mirto Smeraldo allows you to easily reach the center of Porto Rotondo, its characteristic marina, boutiques, restaurants and some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, including Spiaggia Ira, Marinella, Punta Volpe and the famous Spiaggia dei Sassi.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and respect the structure, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before going outside, make sure that lights, appliances, and stoves are turned off.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection during your stay. The waste disposal bins are placed on the side of the road in the immediate vicinity of the house. We ask you to respect local guidelines for waste separation. Failure to carry out separate collection or the abandonment of waste inside the apartment at the end of the stay, will result in the application of a penalty of €500.00 to cover extraordinary cleaning, disposal and management costs .
Do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture and furnishings without authorization.
Any damage or malfunction must be notified to the owner promptly.
It is recommended to close doors and windows every time you leave the apartment.
Check-out must be done at the agreed time to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
