This is a beautiful country house with a large garden (1.5 hectares) and a brand new swimming pool

It is 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda and the Madallena archipelago of islands

The beautiful market village of San Pantaleo and its famous restaurants and bars is only 5 minutes drive

Olbia airport is 25 minutes away
