"Incredible hotel and super kind staff. When you first get to the hotel, you can see it sits right above a channel where river is flowing. The hotel itself is actually a part of the old part of Mostar, and there are incredibly charming restaurants and bars sitting around the hotel, perched up on different levels, connected by bridges. It's hard to describe how beautiful this area is. The staff immediately welcomed us in and took care of our bags. They offered us some refreshments and a snack in the restaurant while they got our paperwork ready and sat with us and told us about the hotel and restaurant options. They escorted us to our room and made sure everything was as we needed. Really can't express how great this hotel was! I've been to 54 countries and to great of cute places, but Mostar is incredible. Definitely staying here again next time I'm back!"
