"Great location, clean, very pleasant staff. Would go again. We booked a double seaview room, check in was easy. However, the room smelt of cigarette smoke, someone had clearly been smoking in the room. We spoke to reception they rectified this straight away and upgraded us to a spacious room still seaview. The breakfast was spot on, great choices for both cooked and continental. Parking was also easy on the promenade."

"The Quay Hotel & Spa was a perfect stay, the decor and landscaping within and amongst the grounds is beautiful. The staff were so kind, attentive & professional. The Spa was very good as well, it seemed expertly constructed & amenities were fabulous. We enjoyed our room which had stunning view of the courtyard. I will be booking this hotel again for all of our North Wales stays! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"What a lovely hotel. I stayed for one night in a single room whilst working in the area. My room was more than adequate with a rather large single more of a 3/4 double which was really comfortable, nice temperature. All of the staff that I came into contact with were just Absoloutley lovely people and could not help anymore. Breakfast was on another level, I opted for the full English, outstanding is all I can say. If I had to find fault it is that my shower wouldn’t maintain a constant temp it kept fluctuating. Would defo stay again."
