If you want to unwind and relax this is the place . Staff friendly and was so kind to my dog giving him treats . Food looked good but we didn't eat there. "Having had many static caravans in North Wales for 14 years, and not having one for the last 5 years, this was our first holiday in Wales since then? Didn’t know what to expect? Looked great on the photos? Well it was first class, lovely setting, great base for exploring other parts of Wales, wanted for nothing really, well kitted out? Would highly recommend it 10/10.”"

"What worked well Very convenient location, situated across the road from the promenade and close to the pier and funfair. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. What could have been better Parking at the hotel was very limited, so we were unable to park there. I booked an executive room, but it felt fairly average. The room was very basic, more like a Travelodge, and did not feel worth over £200 per night. Breakfast was below average, especially the cooked breakfast. However, we did have a nice meal in the restaurant. Overall judgement The location is excellent, but for the price, the room and breakfast did not meet expectations."

"A one night stay to allow my son and I to stay over after climbing Snowdon. Perfectly located, a premium was paid because of this. A simple twin bedded room in the coach house, ideal for our needs. A bath was appreciated, bubble bath would have been a nice touch. Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. This was consistent throughout the hotel, especially the young man serving in the bar in the evening and also a waitress at breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was self service and substantial. Highly recommended. An all round excellent stay, £166, breakfast included and free parking."
