"The room was alright just smelled a bit funky. It also felt like I was the only one in the whole place so that was a bit unnerving. Aside from that I can’t really complain. Staff was cool"

"Breakfast was great! But the room was lacking. The door to the closet was broken and not functioning. The cabinets and stove in the kitchen were very dirty, greasy prints on the cabinet doors. Microwave had filthy streaks like someone took 2 seconds to smear over it. "

"Our three night stay was excellent. The home is comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities couples may need for an extended stay. It is an older home and has updated and renovated. Nicely done. Though we were there in the colder weather I can imagine how nice this would be in the late spring and summer. Very peaceful surroundings yet close to town and restaurants."

"The home gleamed! It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The mattresses were very comfortable. It’s a great location. Best of all, the host was outstanding and even texted me upon arrival to see if he could help in any way. I highly recommend this home! "

"The pictures of your property are beautiful, but unfortunately, they did not reflect several issues we encountered during our stay. I wanted to reach out directly to share our experience, as it ended up being far less satisfactory than we expected.The most concerning issues were related to safety:1 The spindle at the top of the staircase is missing. This is not visible in the photos and presents a serious fall hazard, especially since we had mentioned that a toddler/baby would be with us. Which cause one of the parties with the toddler not to stay with us for more than 1 day.2 The bathroom doors do not close properly and do not lock. With multiple families sharing the home, privacy becomes an important concern.3 One of the kitchen drawers pulls completely out because it appears to be missing a support/foot. This nearly caused an accident, multiple times.4 The flooring in several areas is uneven and was not very clean. Combined with the rolled rug, this created a noticeable tripping hazard.There were also a few logistical issues we encountered during our stay. I wanted to reach out directly to share:First we did not receive a code to the house until 3:30 for a 3:00 check in.• Basic items and information were missing, including toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and clear check-in/check-out instructions.**Most important, the host was completely unavailable. We tried to call and text through VRBO multiple times with no response from the host."

"We were put in a lodging that wasn’t the one we rented. We had no hot water and the owner wouldn’t fix so VRBO moved us to a hotel. Terrible. We have asked for a refund but have gotten no response from VRBO. As far as I am concerned this is fraud. "
